Can't make the course? Beginners are welcome at all of our REVIVE classes unless otherwise specified! We give modifications and options during class to allow you to work at your own level.
HOWEVER - if you would like to come to a class specifically for beginners and cannot make the above course, we offer beginners and beginner/ intermediate drop-in classes every week!
Remember in all of our classes you can stop, rest or modify.
No bootcamp rules apply.
