REVIVE has teamed up with NattyLittleYogis – a yoga practice specialising in yoga for children and teens to address these pressures.

Natalie is a qualified (200hrs) RYT teacher in Sivananda hatha yoga and also fully qualified in teaching children’s yoga through the Special Yoga Foundation as well as the TeenYoga Foundation. In addition, as a parent of two children, Natalie fully understand the pressures young people face.


Through the of practicing yoga and mindfulness from an early age, help improve your child's concentration and communication, confidence, self-expression as well as physical and emotional wellbeing.
